Welcome to DealForma. These Terms of Service govern your use of our real estate transaction processing services at dealforma.trade.

1. Definitions

Services refers to real estate transaction processing services provided by DealForma.

Information Products refers to digital materials such as guides and templates.

Goods refers to physical items provided by DealForma.

3. Use of Services

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Requests for reimbursements must be submitted within 7 days of service commencement. To request a reimbursement or reschedule a service, please fill out the contact form. If approved, reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Services may be rescheduled at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Certain specialized transaction review services are non-refundable due to allocation of dedicated resources; such services will be clearly labeled as Non-refundable in the description.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials are available for download immediately upon purchase. Reimbursements for Information Products are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no files have been accessed or downloaded. To initiate a reimbursement, complete the contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 days via the original payment method.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. To arrange for shipment back, complete the contact form. Once received and inspected, reimbursements will be processed within 10 days via the original payment method. Shipping charges for shipment back are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability

DealForma is not liable for any indirect or incidental harms arising from the use of Services, Information Products, or Goods.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as of 2025. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
